When I use the term “we” on this website, it means me, Caroline.

I do have some help now, but it’s pretty much me doing almost everything.

My hoops are extremely high quality and in high demand.

I have had a vision since I started hooping in 2011, and realized that there was a serious lack of selection in the Canadian hoop market, to build a large and high-quality hoop store, giving Canadians the same or better access to hoops that Americans have. I built this company on the back of my social work career, and still have a full time job in disability services.

I work from morning until night almost every day to serve my communities.

There is nothing I would rather be doing.

That being said, please understand that I am working as hard and as fast as I can to get your hoops to you. Please be patient. I’m typically looking at a long list of hoops every day that I work in the hoop shop, and I still need to take care of my developmentally disabled clients, my home, my relationships, my pets, and myself!

Build Time

  • Build time will be updated regularly to reflect how long I think it will take me to get to the hoops on my list.

  • Due to the high volume of orders and fluctuation of supply & demand, my current build time is subject to extension at any time.

  • Because of supply & demand challenges, some items may run out of stock or be delayed while awaiting restock shipments. I will let you know if the wait time will be unreasonable or if you need to change the specifications of your order.

  • Thank you for your patience.

Shipping

  • I ship approximately once per week.

  • Please give your tracking info at least 48 hours to update.

  • Canada Post cannot guarantee shipping times. Some hoops are arriving within 3 days and others are taking three weeks. I have no control over this and I ask you to check your tracking info to see where it is.

  • Please be patient with me and Canada Post workers. Your hoop is insured and it will get to you.

  • If you have a question regarding the status of your order, please wait for the estimated build time after ordering before emailing me. Please also provide your order # in the email so that I can follow up with you more efficiently!

  • I typically spend an hour a day doing customer service, much of it due to people’s aversion to reading the information I have already provided on the website. To ensure I can respond and answer everyone’s emails & messages in a timely manner, and get me back in the shop working on your hoops, please read the website thoroughly before emailing me. If you are still unable to find what you’re looking for, then reach out!
